Our Responsibility

Sparkls.ae. undertakes to provide property care and cleaning services to residential and commercial customers as agreed at the time of booking or quotation.  We will ensure that our services are to the highest standards.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be given at least 5 hours prior to your service date. We reserve the right to charge for unused booked hours in the event that cancellations are not made on time.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, we will investigate and respond in a timely and courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends or involve the relevant authorities if need be. Send any complaints to complaints@sparkls.ae.

Data Protection

Sparkls.ae. retains your contact details as an integral part of the booking and scheduling process. We are required to retain your registration for a year. We may contact you in the future with a newsletter including our promotional offers but you can opt-out at any time. We will not share your information in any other way with any third party for marketing purposes.

Sparkls.ae. shall properly handle any Personal Information provided by our customers in accordance with the Privacy Policy in place in the UAE and international data regulations.

Packages

Sparkls.ae uses the term Packages to refer to bundles used for purchasing and selling cleaning services. The business currently operates with only four types of packages, Sparkle, Extra Sparkle, Super Sparkle, Daily Sparkle.

Hourly Rate

This is the rate charged for residential cleaning services. The rate will change to give our customers discounts as the company sees fit.
