How do I book a recurring slot?
Once you have purchased your monthly or yearly subscription package, click on the appointment tab or chose a date and time for the first appointment and click recurring to book a recurring appointment.
How do I save with the subscription plan?
Saving on home cleaning has never been easy. Simply choose from our monthly or yearly plans and we’ll have you booked in. We have three plans Sparkle, Extra Sparkle, Super Sparkle that you can pay for monthly or quarterly.
Will I have the same cleaner every day, week, month?
Unless our staff are on holiday, unwell or for unforeseeable reasons, if you book a day in advance, we guarantee you will have the same staff on every visit. They may come with an extra pair of hands if for example deep window cleaning is required.
What do I do when going on holiday?
There are two options.
- You can leave us with your key or leave instructions with your concierge. During and prior to your return we’ll have sparkles waiting to welcome you back home or
- Simply cancel your slot using the appointment too. Don’t worry if you don’t remember to cancel, our booking system will remind you and you can cancel while at the beach in Miami.
